A Jerusalem-based street band working and creating in the city since 2013. The band consists of about 20 musicians who sing and play wind instruments, percussion and electric guitar. The band performs in the spirit of New Orleans brass bands and performs early jazz pieces, Balkan music and original and diverse material influenced by hip-hop, rock, funk and more. Along with performances on professional stages and leading festivals in Israel (jazz festivals in Eilat and Jerusalem, Yaerot Menashe, Mekudeshet and more), the band regularly appears in community events, artistic initiatives and protest events – voluntarily and as part of the New Orleans tradition of artistic expression through involvement social and community.
