A period drama based on excerpts from Amos Oz’s book. The story of the Klausner family, a small family of three generations living in Jerusalem’s Kerem Avraham neighborhood during the British Mandate, Israel’s War of Independence and the early years of the state, experiencing the great events of its time. Oz dives into his childhood memories in Jerusalem, trying to understand why his mother, Fania, took her own life.
